How it Works

POA to perform process for grant of loan If it is a POA for sell of Property There will be following procedure:

  • Prepare POA
  • Get it Notarised – approx A$140
  • Get it Apostille from DFAT -approx $85
  • Get it attested from Consulate/VFS- $65
  • Send the original POA to India
  • Get it registered to the registrar/sub registrar office of the area where the land is located
